DubSea Fish Sticks Hire Marc Linn as Head Coach
Linn takes over the program after serving as an assistant coach and interim head coach with the Fish Sticks
WHITE CENTER, Wash. — September 21, 2026 — The DubSea Fish Sticks announced today that Marc Linn has been named the team’s head coach for the 2027 season.
Linn is a familiar face in White Center, having spent the past three seasons as an assistant coach with the Fish Sticks under Elliott Cribby, before stepping into the interim head coaching role midway through the 2026 season after Coach Cribby was named the Head Coach at Hawai’i Hilo.
After evaluating candidates for the position the past month, Fish Sticks President Justin Moser said Linn’s familiarity with the organization, relationships with players and understanding of what the Fish Sticks are building made him the right person to lead the team into its next chapter.
“After receiving more than 50 applications from coaches across the country and from all levels of the game, Marc consistently stood out as a top candidate who shares the same pride, vision, values, and enthusiasm for this organization. It was clear to me from our first round of interviews that Marc wants to continue building this into one of the best places to play in the country.”
Coach Linn also is the Head baseball coach at North Creek High School. This past spring he completed his 8th season. Since his arrival, the Jaguars have captured back-
to-back KingCo Championships, made two state tournament appearances, captured a state regional championship, and advanced to the State Final Four one time.
Over the course of his career, Linn and his coaching staff have guided three different programs — Sultan High School, Interlake High School, and North Creek High School— to a combined five state appearances. Under his leadership, three players have advanced to professional baseball, while more than 25 players have continued their
careers at the collegiate level. Linn has surpassed 150 career wins, and he and his staff have been honored as Coach of the Year four times.
As head coach, Linn will oversee all aspects of the Fish Sticks’ baseball operations, including player recruitment, roster construction, player development and the team’s on-field performance.
The Fish Sticks enter 2027 with high expectations both on and off the field. While the organization remains committed to providing an entertaining and memorable summer experience for fans at Mel Olson Stadium, Linn will be tasked with building a competitive roster and continuing to establish a winning culture in the clubhouse.
For Linn, the opportunity represents the next step in a journey that has allowed him to grow alongside the organization.

Coach Linn will begin his head coaching duties immediately, with recruiting and roster construction for the 2027 season already underway.
Beyond wins and losses, the Fish Sticks expect Linn and his coaching staff to continue building an environment focused on player development, accountability and creating a memorable summer for the college athletes who come to White Center.
“I’m going to continue building on the strong foundation that has already been laid. Whether it’s your first game or you’ve been a season-ticket holder for years, our players and staff will continue to be accessible and connected to our fans and community. Our team will be made up of talented college players from across the country who will continue to develop and improve each day. The Fish Sticks will open their 2027 season next summer at Mel Olson Stadium at Steve Cox Memorial Park in White Center. Additional announcements regarding the 2027 schedule, coaching staff and roster will be released in the coming months.
